How do I access the information on the website?

 

Simply become a free member, free means free we will not spam you or ask for Credit Card information. Becoming a free member has never been so simple just follow the big ‘SIGN UP FREE’ tab on the home page it takes 20 seconds and you will have to have a relevant e mail address for you to find your email from us with an activation link for you to click this is standard with all websites.

 

                Will I have to pay at any point for the services?

 

Categorically No! Unless you wish to advertise.

 

There are no contact details or info is incomplete on a company listing I  am seeking

 

Our biggest challenge at Contact Network Group is the relevance of our information and since we became a web 2.0 site (user content in other words people add their own info) we rely on the companies listing themselves to upgrade their info, we do however try to remain ‘aware’ of the changing face of business and our staff endeavor to keep on top. Please use the report system to tell us and we will try find the information for you.

 

             How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

 

You can receive the newsletter without even becoming a member there is a subscribe tab on the home page.

 

           What is the newsletter?

 

A weekly subscribe to page sent to subscribers where they can view the newest listed companies and newest listing product sourcing.

 

         What is ‘Product Sourcing and how does it work?

 

A fast becoming trade secret that is free (sometimes there are free offers that are good and true)

We receive around 30-50 ‘leads’ every day,.. leads as in companies who are looking for services and products, they post their ‘wants’ on the product sourcing page, simply scour these every day eventually you will come across a company or individual who wants what you sell, just write on the site page and press send and the system automatically emails that person for you Alternatively if you wish to source info or post a job simply go to your admin panel and click sourcing and then choose from a drop down list and then describe what you are looking for   This is FREE for members.

 

         I am worried about giving my info to websites

 

Totally understood! Please read our privacy policy. It is important our members know what we do with your information.

 

        

 

        I listed my company but I can not see it?

 

We monitor all company listing requests and it may be that we have yet to review your company information or we can not post your company as you are not listed as being resident in the country, in other words Singapore companies (with an office/presence/address in Singapore) are listed on contactsingaporescompanies.com Singapore companies can register on the Singapore website etc etc. However an advertiser who wishes to advertise to the website demographic, can be from anywhere on Earth

 

         I wrote a comment but can not see it?

 

We monitor all comments and as long as a comment about a company is relevant and not just trying to solicit on the site and has ‘relevant business content’ we will post it.

 

         How do I list my company?

 

Once you are a free member you can then add your company to the relevant website pertaining to your country of registration. Simply find in your admin panel and then find

‘Add your company here’ then simply add all the info you can add staff members, write a comprehensive intro about your company and add photos etc etc we then monitor and approve your company. THIS IS A FREE SERVICE

 

         What is 'Root' when I am adding my company?

 

Root category is the category you wish to be listed under click and then follow it down to the subcategory we have 450 plus categories, we think we have covered most but if you feel we don’t have your category write to us at contact@contactsingaporecompanies.com and we will consider a new category.

 

I listed my company but because we are way down in the alphabet we are not seen as often as say companies who start A-F for example

 

Fair point, however we have to list in some order, a member can change the order of a listing to ascending or per clicks etc. if you wish to be one of the top three companies regardless of how a member views, then you need to become a premier listing (see our advertising page)
